  • Health and Life Insurance
    Cordoba offers employees multiple medical and dental insurance plans to choose from, and also provides vision insurance coverage. We subsidize all plans and provide further assistance for those employees who would like to elect dependents coverage. Coverage for all plans begins on the first of the month following the employee’s hire date. In addition, Cordoba provides all employees with an employer paid AD&D and Life Insurance Policy; employees also have the option to elect additional voluntary life insurance to supplement the employer provided coverage and/or add dependents to their policy.
  • Retirement
    We strongly believe in planning for the future of our employees and their retirement plans. We demonstrate this by offering a generous 401(k) plan with an employer match of $.50 for each dollar contributed, up to the first 7% of an employee’s salary.
  • Vacation, Sick Leave and Holidays
    Cordoba offers its employees 2 weeks (10 days) paid vacation in years 1-3; 3 weeks (15 days) in years 4-7; and 20 days (4 weeks) in years 8 and beyond. Cordoba also provides sick leave and 10 designated holidays throughout the year.
  • Cordoba Extras
    We also have two types of Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), a Medical Care Reimbursement Account and a Dependent Care Reimbursement Account. The FSAs serve to help alleviate rising healthcare and dependent care cost by allowing employees to set aside pre-tax money for qualifying healthcare and dependent care expenditures. We also offer employees other value added benefits, such as employee discounts at participating theme parks, restaurants, theaters and other retailers, and gym membership discounts; we believe that the health and fitness of our employees is essential to their success and our overall success.

We also offer employees the opportunity to participate in approved outside courses, training, seminars, and certification programs. Additionally, Cordoba is committed to cross training its employees and allows them mobility among offices and project sites. Employees are encouraged to work on a variety of assignments that span Cordoba’s three sectors. Furthermore, Cordoba’s flat organizational structure gives employees access to the company’s top management and encourages them to provide input during the decision-making process.
