Document Control Director, Inglewood, CA​

Cordoba Corporation is seeking a Document Control Director who will assist the Program Management Team in the daily management, reporting, communications, operations, coordination, and general administrative needs of the Bond Program. Individuals must be able to manage multiple tasks, exhibit strong organizational skills, and have a basic understanding of design and construction documentation.



  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills are essential, as document control specialists regularly communicate with internal and external business partners
  • Basic understanding of Engineering / Procurement / Construction / Commissioning documents
  • Control all aspects of project documentation on multiple simultaneous projects, utilizing various control methods/systems
  • Prepare, operate and update Document Control Procedures in line with the Company’s Document Management System
  • Ensure proper document control support is given to each project
  • Produce and maintain Document Progress Reports to Project Managers
  • Ensure all documentation provided is as per Client quality formatting requirements
  • Formatting may include correcting templates, fonts and style, pagination numbering and other activities that may be required to achieve a client’s documentation requirements
  • Work in strict co-operation with the Program Management Team & Client to ensure project progress status integration



  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of e-Document management systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Well organized person, who is a self-starter and highly-motivated
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and trustworthy
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and/or Bluebeam
  • Familiarity with Primavera Unifier preferred
