Claudia Tarpin is Construction Manager specializing in the construction and oil pipeline industries. She has exceptional experience on utility relocations for high-visibility, complex projects and with all phases of construction including tracking performance, development of construction resources and managing the design, bid, construction, and closeout phases for each project. Claudia Tarpin is also experienced in working with Caltrans and has managed Caltrans’ permit applications for projects.
