As Construction Manager and Inspector, Mike Wendland has been instrumental in providing critical inspection services during construction of two high capacity reservoirs in Thousand Oaks. The two reservoirs will replace a 7 million gallon capacity reservoir built in 1965. The project is unique in that the two new reservoirs will eventually be buried into the ground allowing for the restoration of much desired local scenic vistas in the area.

A 13-year veteran of construction management on public facilities, Lisa Hernandez leads a team of highly trained Cordoba construction professionals on the $770 million new construction and renovation program at the Long Beach Community College District (LBCCD). Lisa was recently recognized by the Statewide Educational Wrap-Up Programs (SEWUP) for providing construction oversight on a recently completed 900-space parking structure that resulted in no insurance claims throughout the entire construction process.

Steve Reese has been a Cordoba employee for over five years working on the Owens Lake Dust Mitigation Project. Owens Lake is largely a dry lakebed located in the southeastern Sierra Nevada. Due to its unusually dry conditions, severe dust storms occur regularly in the area. For over 10 years, Steve has been providing on- site construction services for the implementation of the $1 billion dust mitigation program in the area.
