Cordoba Corporation performs on-call construction management services for the Coast Community College District's Measure "C" Bond Program and was selected to perform construction management services for the renovation of Orange Coast College's School of Sailing and Seamanship in Newport Beach. The $4 million project includes the demolition of a single story portion of the existing crew facilities and construction of a new 2-story crew facility adjacent to the existing 2-story building. The project scope includes new women's and men's locker facilities, a fitness center, coaches' offices, restroom facilities, and a reconstructed boat storage area.
