Lisa Hernandez has over 13 years of construction management experience specifically on public facilities. She has served as the Owner’s Representative for all construction related matters, developing bid packages; managing and monitoring the daily activities of the Architect/Engineer and Contractor for compliance with specifications and plans, contractor negotiations; tracking budget; monitoring status of schedule; coordination and tracking of submittals; tracking contractor procurement; maintain project record documents; process and negotiate field directives; approve contractor pay applications; maintain photo documentation and project closeout. Lisa is adept at coordinating the work of various team members culminating in the delivery of projects within budget and on schedule.
