Bill Adams has extensive experience in the planning, design and construction management of educational, residential and public works projects. His knowledge includes construction management procedures, preparing and monitoring resource-loaded construction schedules and document control systems using Primavera and Expedition. He is an experienced liaison to design professionals, contractors, inspectors, stakeholders, and community groups. Bill has worked as a project manager on numerous K-14 and higher education projects and has developed good working relationships with various agencies including the Division of the State Architect, the Office of Public School Construction, and the State Fire Marshal.

He currently serves as the Program Director for the $770 Million Long Beach Community College District’s Bond Management Program where he is responsible for all aspects of the program from initial planning through occupancy. His responsibilities include design management and construction management of all projects, and master budget/schedule development.

Mr. Adams served two terms on the board of the National Organization of Minority Architects. He frequently speaks to community and school groups and is a recipient of the Mayor's Certificate of Appreciation from the City of Los Angeles for his work in educating minority and women-owned construction contractors about construction management.
