Cordoba is responsible for program and construction management services for the Long Beach Community College District's Measure E bond program. With nearly $1Billion in construction value, the program includes the new construction or modernization/renovation of over 30 facilities on two campuses, including classroom facilities, laboratories and science/medical training facilities, child development centers, library and learning resource centers, administrative buildings, gymnasium and stadium facilities, boiler room, and central utilities plants. The Bond Management Team also oversees construction management for sidewalk and parking lots and garages, landscaping, seismic retrofitting, and ADA compliance on both campuses. Cordoba's team is responsible for the entire program on behalf of the District, from start to finish, including area-wide planning and phasing, budgeting, estimating, stakeholder management, design management, move management and commissioning.
