The Press Telegram recently featured the progress of the Student Services Facility on the Long Beach City College Liberal Arts Campus. As the prime consultant, Cordoba Corporation provides comprehensive program management services for the Long Beach City College District Bond Program. This new construction and renovation program of over 30 facilities, includes site development and planning, area-wide planning, design management, project controls, financial analysis, project management and construction management. The Cordoba Team leading the Student Services Facility improvement efforts include: Lisa Hernandez as Construction Manager, John Quemada as Assistant Construction Manager, and Sonia Babian as Field Engineer.
