Victoria Ruiz joined Cordoba Corporation in 1993 and since then has enjoyed a number of successful projects in each of the firm’s divisions. She is currently responsible for the operations of Cordoba’s Oakland office and coordinates Northern California projects. Ms. Ruiz has served as Project Manager on a large database development and maintenance project and several contract compliance projects. She has also performed project analysis and research on diverse topics including business processes and reorganization, labor compliance, the Americans with Disabilities Act, high-speed rail and legislative policies, to name only a few. Among her varied responsibilities, she writes proposal documents, develops and monitors contracts, and coordinates all facets of project implementation for a number of assignments within the Education and Water and Energy Divisions. Victoria Ruiz also enjoys the support of Cordoba Corporation in pursuing community interests. For example, she was appointed to the San Francisco Human Rights Commission by Mayor Gavin Newsom in 2008.
