Steve Reese has worked on all facets of a significant public works project in California and is experienced in the associated conditions and requirements. He has worked on the earliest stages of design and engineering and facility construction, up to demonstration construction projects where he helped monitor effectiveness. Steve has also worked on various equipment and installation of systems including communications systems, pump systems, weather stations and stand alone solar power systems used to power the equipment in remote locations.

Steve Reese has also served as a Construction Manager on numerous facets of the Owens Lake Dust Mitigation Program for the Los Angeles Department of Water & Power. He has worked on the earliest stages of design and engineering from the introduction of vegetation and facility construction, up to the current demonstration portion of the Moat and Row construction where he helped monitor effectiveness. Selected Projects at Owens Lake Assignment

• Civil Building and Concrete Inspector: Inspected all aspects of construction of the LADWP 32,000 sq ft Operation and Maintenance Facilities on Sulfate Road in Keeler.


• Air and Water Monitoring, Field Coordinator: Coordinated installation of air monitoring network for 162 air monitoring sites that met or exceed EPA requirements.


• Construction Inspector: Conducted construction inspections of LADWP Owens Lake Project. Phase 1 North, Phase 1 South, Phase 2 South and Phase 3 South. Lead Inspector.
