Transportation planning has been a core service since our founding in 1983. Our transportation planning practice developed during the planning of the Los Angeles County Metro rail program. Our transportation planning staff has been involved in all phases of transportation system planning from initial concept and feasibility studies through alternatives analyses and support for preliminary engineering and environmental documents.
