Cordoba led the design of the reconstruction of the roadways to accommodate the Mid-City Expo Light Rail Transit system and the adjacent automobile traffic for this $640 million, 8.5-mile project. Cordoba provided constant coordination with reviewing agencies, including the Los Angeles Bureau of Engineering, Los Angeles County Department of Public Works, Los Angeles County Flood Control District, and Caltrans. The Cordoba Team was also responsible for design of roadway segments, drainage and utilities.
