Jose De Jesus Martinez, P.E.

VP of Transportation

Mr. Martinez has developed an extensive background in program and project management skills with a proven track record of managing complex multi billion dollar mega projects as a result of his work both in the public and private sector. His experience includes overseeing the design and environmental process for projects subject to Federal scrutiny. Among his many strengths is his ability to coordinate the requirements and efforts of a number of agencies including Federal (Federal Transit Administration) and state and local governments. Mr. Martinez’s passion for his work is demonstrated in his ability to work effectively with every client and his desire to effect workable solutions on each project.
