Roberto Ramirez is known for getting the job done and being able to lead a successful design effort. He has a proven track record in civil engineering design and Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) production. Mr. Ramirez's well rounded civil engineering background brings with it an insight of how to get a project done on time and within budget. More importantly, he is always cognizant of how to address the client's needs every step of the way. His design experience, beginning with highway capacity studies, geometric alignments, highway design, roadway design, drainage improvements, intersection design, and cost estimating results in a clear understanding of the final PS&E package. Mr. Ramirez is also experienced in working with contractors at the construction phase. Roberto is currently a Senior Project Manager leading Cordoba's team of civil engineers and construction managers on the San Bernardino International Airport Street Improvements and Construction Management Project. He is responsible for delivering the PS&E and Construction Management of approximately two miles of roadway providing access to the airport.
