David Hahn

David Hahn brings valuable facilities and client representation experience to our education bond management team and is currently providing construction and project management leadership to various Cordoba K-12 and higher education clients in Orange County. With 27 years of award-winning project delivery in both public and private sectors, David is among the most experienced and diversified owner representatives in California. He has developed a comprehensive background in development, program management, project management, and construction management for many project types. His experience includes schools, office, retail, clean rooms, laboratories and life science, industrial and manufacturing.

Additionally, David leads our compliance services for The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). With his ADA expertise and management skills, David works with such clients as California State University to develop and manage their ADA Transition Plans and Self-evaluation Plans. Finally, David is supporting Cordoba’s growth in the commercial sector. His direct experience with corporate owners and stakeholders as a project executive and owner’s representative for such international firms as Kawasaki Motors Corp., Ultimate Software, and Emerson greatly benefits Cordoba’s enhanced services to private sector clients.
