Lucy Labruzzo is a Mechanical Engineer and Certified Energy Manager with over 20 years of experience in the power and utility industry. She has used this expertise and training in her pursuit of developing successful relationships with clients in order to deliver projects on schedule and within budget. Using her experience and background in the industry Ms. Labruzzo understands project technical requirements and is able to monitor the quality performance of the teams while coordinating corporate resources to ensure project delivery.

Lucy has supported projects including upgrades and modifications of several transmission lines and substations through 230 kV, the development and implementation of an Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) through the US Army Engineering Support Center, and a landmark energy program offered at each of the 23 university campuses under the CSU system in order to provide the ability to quickly and effectively implement energy efficiency and renewable energy projects at their facilities. She is currently the project executive for Cordoba Corporation’s work on the Southern California Gas Company’s extensive PSEP Program.
