Danielle Chupa has extensive experience and knowledge in the environmental, regulatory and generation aspects of the utility industry. Prior to joining Cordoba Corp, she spent almost 22 years at Southern California Edison (SCE) in a variety of capacities. Ms. Chupa managed the day-to-day environmental and regulatory compliance matters for multiple business lines across SCE including transmission and distribution, generation, customer service, corporate real estate and IT amongst others. She has also served as lead Environmental Project Manager for multi-million dollar projects including the construction of 4 peaker facilities in the LA Basin, the removal of 38 aboveground storage tanks at former generation stations, the Catalina Pier Decommissioning Project and the Catalina Undersea Cable Project. Ms. Chupa has served as the key liaison with numerous regulatory and environmental agencies, successfully negotiating favorable permit conditions and resolving potential Notices of Violations. Ms. Chupa was recently responsible for managing the O&M of small hydro facilities across California, including 24 run of the river and storage hydro generation plants supplying 154 megawatts of clean electric power. At the peak of the organization, she managed over 100 management and union personnel.
