John has 15 years of experience managing and designing a wide range of project types, including: higher education, K-12 education, health care, commercial, industrial factory-warehouse, and residential design / construction of new and existing facilities. As an architectural designer, John has led projects through all design phases, including: pre-design, programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, local jurisdictional review/submittal process, bid & award, and construction administration.

As a Construction Manager, John’s skills include: schedule preparation & updates, site and safety logistics planning for owner and subs, budget and cost controls, quality control review, bid procurement, and construction oversight to ensure that projects are on time and on budget. In addition, John is proficient in numerous computer software programs, including: Revit (BIM), DataCAD, AutoCAD, Form-Z, Sketch-Up, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat Professional Products, Microsoft Office, MS Project, Apple iLife software, Final Cut Express, and Primavera Contract Manager.
