Cordoba’s Role

Cordoba Corporation provides ongoing construction management and program support services to Los Angeles County Public Works, delivering staff augmentation, procurement expertise, and technical analysis across several key initiatives. Its role includes supporting a Senior Construction Manager responsible for municipal infrastructure and traffic‑safety projects, guiding efforts from planning and design through permitting, construction, and overall project oversight. Cordoba also contributes to a seven‑month progressive design‑build procurement effort by preparing template contract documents and RFQ/RFP packages that reflect recent legislative requirements, including Senate Bill 991. In addition, Cordoba assists Public Works in developing the RFP for a new program management control system by conducting research, preparing documentation, supporting solicitation activities, and helping define business needs to ensure a successful implementation. For the Hall of Records Renovation, Cordoba provides schedule review and time‑impact analysis with rapid turnaround, enabling timely decision‑making and maintaining project momentum across this high‑visibility effort.
