Cordoba has served as the prime consultant for Long Beach City College\u2019s Bond Management Program since 2006, leading one of the region\u2019s largest and most complex education capital programs. The $1.6\u202fbillion program spans more than 30 facilities across both campuses and multiple satellite sites covering 144 square miles. Our team delivers full program and construction management services, including site and area\u2011wide planning, design management, project controls, financial analysis, construction management and commissioning, community outreach, communications, and move management. Over the course of the program, Cordoba has successfully completed more than 125 projects ranging from small renovations to major capital builds exceeding $120\u202fmillion, and has guided the development and implementation of LBCCD\u2019s Integrated Energy Master Plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Independent audits and third\u2011party reviews have consistently confirmed the strength of our performance, with the Citizens\u2019 Oversight Committee issuing reports with zero findings and recognizing Cordoba as an exemplary partner in advancing LBCCD\u2019s long\u2011term goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
