We endeavor to retain our Cordoba Team Members by creating an environment of employee satisfaction and a sense of ownership in the company\u2019s mission. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of our effort to provide professional development opportunities for our Cordoba Team Members, we provide an internal education and professional training program called “Blueprint for Success”<\/strong>. This year\u2019s cohort includes 24 Cordoba Team Members across all sectors and located throughout the State of California. Cordoba Corporation has over 600 employees, across 9 offices located statewide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Blueprint for Success Program is designed to provide participants with exposure to all facets of Cordoba Corporation\u2019s business; from program\/construction management and engineering design overviews to business marketing, new technologies, and the basics of contract administration and finance, as well as work-life balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program consists of a series of workshops facilitated by members of Cordoba’s Senior Management Team. The workshops are typically spread over a period of six to 12 months. During each workshop, a facilitator will invest his\/her time in sharing experiences, teaching the subject matter, listening, and guiding participants in order to provide the greatest opportunity for employees to excel.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
