Some days I could be developing training, writing a proposal, or coordinating with our corporate services departments about contracts or finances. Other days could be working on client deliverables like staffing plans, finance reports, or candidate submittals. Every once in a blue moon, I\u2019m excited to put on my boots and meet with our teams in person to see our projects firsthand.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n “I think this is an interesting time for school and facility \u2013 our industry is starting to catch up to the modern age and schools are incorporating more advanced technologies and updating their needs. There\u2019s increased need for things like smart classrooms, security cameras, and flexible adaptive learning spaces to enhance changing learning environments. Districts and agencies alike are starting to look at new methods of doing things like utilizing progressive design build as their delivery method or P3 to manage and fund their projects. Our clients\u2019 needs are changing and it\u2019s exciting to watch our teams work with them hand in hand to create the landscape and environment for tomorrow.<\/em>“<\/p>\n\n\n\n “I’m proud of our team. I always joke that I rest on their laurels \u2013 so I claim their success as my success. Every beam placed and every project they complete is a cause for celebration.
