Cordoba Corporation is pleased to announce that Terrance DeGray has been selected by Engineering News-Record (ENR) as a “Top 20 under 40” in California!\u00a0\u00a0This annual program honors top young professionals who have demonstrated extraordinary expertise, leadership and community service in their careers.\u00a0 Each recipient will be profiled in more detail in the February\u00a0issue of ENR California.<\/p>\n

Terrance DeGray is currently serving as the Program Director for Cordoba Corporation\u2019s project with the Long Beach Community College District Bond Construction Program.\u00a0 In this role, Terrance is directly responsible for the oversight of Cordoba\u2019s Bond Management Team members and managing the $1.5B capital improvement program for the Long Beach Community College District (Measure E and Measure LB).\u00a0\u00a0 Terrance oversees activities such as program planning, financing, project controls, project design and construction, and long range scheduling for over 30 projects on two campuses.<\/p>\n

Terrance is a Professional Engineer and Certified Construction Manager with formal education in civil engineering, along with a strong background in leadership and management.\u00a0 Terrance received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Virginia Military Institute and his M.S. in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.\u00a0 He has managed a wide range of projects for both the private and public sectors, including design and construction of complex educational facilities and associated infrastructure, health care construction on new and existing facilities, high rise construction and U.S. government projects.<\/p>\n

“Terrance continues to deliver effective results overseeing the Bond Management Program at Long Beach City College and we are proud of him for being acknowledged by ENR,”\u00a0<\/i>said Michael Boomsma, Cordoba Corporation’s Senior Vice President for Education and Facilities, who was acknowledged in 2016 as an ENR California “Top 20 Under 40.”<\/p>\n
