This annual program honors top young professionals who have demonstrated extraordinary expertise, leadership and community service in their careers.<\/p>\n

After making its initial announcement in January 2018, ENR California is now featuring a profile of Terrance along with profiles of other honorees in its February 5, 2018, hard copy edition as well as online at\u00a0https:\/\/www.enr.com\/articles\/43886<\/a>enr<\/a>–<\/a>californias<\/a>–<\/a>2018<\/a>–<\/a>top<\/a>–<\/a>young<\/a>–<\/a>professionals<\/a>.<\/a><\/p>\n

Terrance DeGray is currently serving as the Program Director for Cordoba Corporation\u2019s project with the Long Beach Community College District\u00a0Bond Construction Program.\u00a0 In this role, Terrance\u00a0is directly responsible for the oversight of Cordoba\u2019s\u00a0Bond Management Team members and managing the $1.5B capital improvement program for the Long Beach Community College District (Measure E and Measure LB).\u00a0 Terrance is a Professional Engineer and Certified Construction Manager with formal education in civil engineering, along with a strong background in leadership and management. Terrance received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Virginia Military Institute and his M.S. in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.<\/p>\n
