Ian Cesario<\/strong><\/p>\n Through his progression of experience and professional development, Ian\u2019s assignments have included project management, design management, construction management, engineering, design and construction of waterline projects, recycled waterline projects, surface water conveying systems, surface water treatment systems, pump stations, welded steel reservoirs, chlorine injection facilities, well rehabilitation projects, pressure regulating vaults, freeway crossings, sewer lift stations and sewer mains for cities, agencies and private companies throughout Southern California. \u00a0Past clients have included Boeing, Ontario Municipal Utilities Company, Eastern Municipal Water District, Pepperdine University, and several cities and water companies in the San Gabriel Valley.<\/p>\n Ian\u2019s vast and diverse civil engineering experience is highly valued in Cordoba\u2019s Water Infrastructure sector.\u00a0 He is a Registered Engineer in Training (EIT), is certified as a Public Works Infrastructure Inspector and has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.<\/p>\n JasMin Khoe<\/strong><\/p>\n JasMin is currently serving as an Assistant Construction Manager\/Field Engineer at the Inglewood Unified School District, where Cordoba provides construction management services for the District\u2019s Measure GG\/LAWA Modernization Projects.\u00a0 Previously, she worked as an intern supporting Cordoba\u2019s Bond Management Team at the Long Beach Community College District, where Cordoba oversees the college\u2019s $1.5 billion capital improvement plan (Measure E and LB).<\/p>\n JasMin\u2019s passion for engineering and construction was ignited after traveling to Rwanda in 2012 on a service trip to help build a vocational school for genocide survivors.\u00a0 She has shared that passion for engineering in her work at the Inglewood Unified School District, and she firmly believes that education is the cornerstone to building a better community.<\/p>\n JasMin has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Loyola Marymount University.\u00a0 She loves to travel, experience other cultures, and is dedicated to serving the community.\u00a0 She has successfully completed a full Tough Mudder (10 miles of mud, hills and obstacles) and is pursuing other similar races and competitions.<\/p>\n Jessica Landon<\/strong><\/p>\n Jessica joined Cordoba over 10 years ago as an intern.\u00a0 Since then, she has served in project engineering, quality control engineering, cost estimating and construction management positions on a variety of programs and projects, including assignments at Bassett Unified School District and Long Beach Community College District.<\/p>\n Two years ago, Jessica was promoted into her current position. In her current role as Program Manager, she oversees Cordoba\u2019s team at IUSD, where Cordoba recently was awarded a multi-year contract extension to continue to provide construction and program management services for the District.\u00a0 Her dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to the students of Inglewood is reflected in the quality of her work and her effective management of her team.<\/p>\n Jessica recently completed the C.A.S.H. School Facilities Leadership Academy in 2017 and 2018.\u00a0 She is a LEED Accredited Professional and earned her Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC.<\/p>\n Marco Solis<\/strong><\/p>\n Marco brings a wealth experience to Cordoba from his previous work at SoCalGas, where he worked in key engineering and project management positions.\u00a0 He was responsible for managing cathodic protection, leak repair and right-of-way projects for gas transmission pipelines.\u00a0 He also provided leadership on several gas transmission line replacement and hydrotest projects as part of the SoCalGas Pipeline Safety Enhancement Plan (PSEP) team.<\/p>\n Marco is very involved in the community mentoring and providing guidance to college students in several universities. Marco is part of the California State University, Los Angeles career mentoring program where he works with mentees to enhance career development planning. Marco has also served as College Captain for Great Minds in STEM through which he inspired and encouraged Latino K-12 students to go into STEM careers.\u00a0 His volunteer experience also includes volunteering for the Midnight Mission in Downtown Los Angeles.<\/p>\n Marco has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering from California State University, Los Angeles.\u00a0 He is a Registered Engineer in Training (EIT) and is currently working on his P.E. license.<\/p>\n Mari Gomez<\/strong><\/p>\n Mari is a well-rounded engineer who also has gas distribution and pipeline integrity experience she gained while working previously for Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas).\u00a0 Additionally, she is experienced with street light engineering from a previously held position with City of Los Angeles Bureau of Street Lighting, where she coordinated efforts with such agencies as the Los Angeles Department of Water & Power, Department of Transportation, Bureau of Engineering, Caltrans and Metro.<\/p>\n Mari has been an amazing addition to Cordoba\u2019s Energy Infrastructure sector and is providing strong leadership and expertise on the SDG&E FiRM program.\u00a0 She has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Los Angeles, and has earned certificates in Project Management from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) and Strategic Planning from the University of California, San Diego.\u00a0 Mari is currently working on obtaining her P.E. license and she is bilingual in Spanish and English.<\/p>\n Melissa de la Pe\u00f1a<\/strong><\/p>\n Melissa is a leader in Cordoba\u2019s Transportation Infrastructure sector where she currently serves as the Regional Manager for the Burbank to Los Angeles to Anaheim corridor of the 800-mile statewide California High-Speed Rail Project.\u00a0 She is responsible for the overall management of a multi-disciplinary consultant team consisting of several consulting firms responsible for the planning, public outreach, conceptual and preliminary design, and the preparation of required environmental documentation.<\/p>\n Melissa is a Past President of the Los Angeles Chapter of the Women\u2019s Transportation Seminar (WTS-LA).
