As part of our effort to provide professional development opportunities for our Cordoba Team Members, we provide an internal education and professional training program called\u00a0“Blueprint for Success”<\/strong>. The Blueprint for Success Program is designed to provide participants with exposure to all facets of Cordoba Corporation\u2019s business; from program\/construction management and engineering design overviews to business marketing, new technologies, and the basics of contract administration and finance, as well as work-life balance..<\/p>\n The program consists of a series of workshops facilitated by members of Cordoba’s Senior Management Team. The workshops are typically spread over a period of six to 12 months. During each workshop, a facilitator will invest his\/her time in sharing experiences, teaching the subject matter, listening, and guiding participants in order to provide the greatest opportunity for employees to excel. Our most recent Blueprint for Success class participants started their Blueprint journey in June 2018.\u00a0 We initiated classes in both Northern California as well as Southern California, with President & CEO George L. Pla <\/strong>presenting to the Southern California Blueprint participants on June 19, 2018 and to the Northern California Blueprint participants at the Sacramento Office on June 20, 2018.<\/p>\n Between March 2019 and May 2019, Blueprint for Success participants made their final presentations about their Blueprint experience to Senior Management Team Members.\u00a0 Their presentations were insightful, interesting and thought-provoking.<\/p>\n Congratulations to our 2018 – 2019 Blueprint for Success Program Graduates!<\/strong><\/p>\n Southern California Class<\/u><\/strong> Northern California Class<\/u><\/strong> At Cordoba Corporation, human capital is our greatest asset.
