Cordoba Corporation is proud to announce the appointment of Alexander Pulido as Program Director in Cordoba’s Energy Sector, further strengthening the firm’s leadership in delivering innovative engineering and project management solutions to electric and gas utility clients.
Alexander is a seasoned engineering and project management professional whose career spans telecommunications and electric transmission and distribution. With experience both as a contractor and within utility organizations, he brings a rare blend of technical depth and strategic insight—particularly in capital programs and regulatory funding allocation. He holds a Professional Engineer (Civil) license and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
In his new role at Cordoba, Alexander leads the execution of engineering & design and PMO services, while also supporting business development across the utility sector. Known for his collaborative leadership style, he is committed to cultivating a culture of partnership—both with clients and within teams—and to mentoring the next generation of industry professionals.

Beyond the workplace, Alexander is deeply engaged in community service through Reality Changers, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering first-generation college students. He also enjoys staying active and trains in Brazilian jiu jitsu.
