Adriana Arahuete joins Cordoba with more than two decades of experience in public school and community college district bond program development, program and project management, and construction management. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for delivering meaningful results, strengthening client partnerships, and advancing projects that directly benefit the communities they serve.
Over the course of her 20+ years in the industry, Adriana has grown from a project coordinator into a seasoned program manager, gaining a deep understanding of the full lifecycle of capital programs and the operational realities of educational facilities. Her commitment to client service, her ability to cultivate strong relationships, and her dedication to integrity and collaboration have made her a trusted partner to both clients and colleagues. She is known for fostering environments where teams feel supported, valued, and aligned around shared goals.
Adriana brings this experience and leadership to Cordoba as the new Director of Client Management in our Facilities Sector, where she will help strengthen client partnerships, enhance service delivery, and support the continued growth of our facilities practice.
