Cordoba is proud to announce that three Long Beach Community College (LBCC) projects managed by our Long Beach Bond Management Team will be honored at the 2026 CMAA 33rd Annual Awards Gala, on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at the InterContinental Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles. This prestigious event recognizes excellence in construction management across Southern California, and we are thrilled to celebrate our team’s outstanding achievements.

Award-Winning Projects:

Long Beach Community College – Building MM Construction Trades II

Category: Education (K–12, Colleges/Universities, Libraries) — Under $50MThis state-of-the-art facility supports Architecture, Horticulture, and Anthropology programs, delivering modern learning environments that enhance hands-on training and academic growth.

Long Beach Community College – Jenni Rivera Music & Theater Building

Category: Education (K–12, Colleges/Universities, Libraries) — Over $50M

A transformative cultural and educational hub, this building elevates LBCC’s performing arts programs with advanced music, theater, and production spaces.

LBCC Access Control, Lockdown & Mass Notification System Upgrade (TTC Campus)

Category: Education (K–12, Colleges/Universities, Libraries) — Under $10M

This project enhances campus safety through upgraded access control, emergency communication systems, and integrated security technology.
