Overview

With several new capital projects planned for implementation over he next five years, SF Bay Ferry has a growing need for professional services support for the overall capital program. That program includesprojects associated with the Rapid Electric Emissions-Free Ferry (REEF) Program, and also includes vesseland terminal repair and replacement projects and support of the ongoing operation of existing services and future services. Extensive planning, engineering, and construction management services will be needed to support this work. The management and execution of these projects requires a wide range of specialized knowledge and skills that are often needed in intermittent intervals and on short notice.

Cordoba’s Role

Given the quantity and variety of work anticipated in the next five years, establishing a “bench” of consultants to provide on-call services will allow SF Bay Ferry staff to access specialized consulting services on an as-needed basis to effectively manage peak workloads and ensure the continuous development of all active projects in th SF Bay Ferry work program and meet the SF Bay Ferry 2050 Service Vision.
